This centre, inaugurated in 2002, provides training to hearing impaired infants and children fitted with hearing aids, or cochlear implants. So far, 200 implantees have been trained at the centre. CE The centre boasts of well equipped rooms, modern teaching aids and methods.

Hearing aids are purchased and distributed to the neediest children and the urgency for the equipment with a system for each child.

An equipment costs 12000 rupees or about CHF 210.-.
